Zasady

Present Perfect Simple

Doświadczenie, efekt teraz, coś trwa do dziś. Nie mówimy „kiedy”.

have / has + III forma
Present Perfect Continuous

Jak długo coś trwa (i trwa nadal lub właśnie się skończyło — widać skutki).

have / has been + -ing
for / since

for + okres (for 5 years). since + punkt startu (since 2020).

Mieszkam w Barcelonie od 5 lat. (i nadal mieszkam)

Napisała dziś rano trzy maile. (ile? → Simple)
She's been writing emails all morning.
Pisze maile cały ranek. (jak długo? → Continuous)

Jak długo go znasz? (know = stan → tylko Simple)

Typowe błędy

Po polsku „mieszkam od”, po angielsku: Present Perfect.

I've been knowing her for years.
I've known her for years.

„Know” to stan — bez Continuous.

I've finished it yesterday.
I finished it yesterday.

„Yesterday” = konkretny czas → Past Simple.
